Strategic Planning
So at work this week we had a pre-strategic planning meeting. I was not looking forward to it at all, but it turned out to be really useful. So useful, in fact, that it occurred to me that I should do some personal strategic planning. I've been feeling a little at a loss somehow and realized that I am lacking a bit of structure and focus in my life. I am feeling the need to recommit myself to my healing process. To that end, here are the most useful things I can do:
*Continue therapy with Stella
*Graduate from DBT and begin attending the graduates group
*Work through the Angry Heart workbook
*Try OA to see if it is useful for me
*Do Flylady
*FACE my finances
*Continue going to Curves
